We will provide a fixed fee quotation to prospective clients following a free preliminary on-site consultation.

Once appointed our fees are due in incremental stages based on the completion of phases of the design process so you only pay us for the work we actually do.

Our fee proposal will include for the preparation of design options as well as changes and re-issues of plans during the approval process.

Our fee is inclusive of normal disbursements such as printing and travel costs.
